Nicole Dicker, aka Mumma C, is a central west based recipe developer, business owner, writer, TAFE teacher and proud Mum of three beautiful little girls.
After completing her degree in Food and Nutrition, Nicole accepted a position in the Australian Women's Weekly test kitchen developing recipes for the AWW cookbooks and magazines. After a couple of years Nicole then started her own freelance business where she continued as a recipe writer, food stylist and photo chef for AWW and other leading food publications for almost 10 years.
Nicole married the man of her dreams and moved back to the central west to settle down in 2009. She has since been blessed with 3 beautiful little girls (Quinn, Molly and Ivy). After the birth of her second daughter Molly, Mumma Cakes was also born and has kept her busy ever since.
Nicole also casually teaches Hospitality part-time at TAFE NSW and writes a weekly column called 'Mum's Life' for Bathurst City Life. And to ensure that she has zero spare time, she is has just completed a Diploma in Travel and Tourism and is about to embark on a new study path with a postgraduate degree in Secondary Teaching.
